The mission of this Veteran/Woman owned firm is to assist the business community by bringing experience, innovation and training to help further economic growth through electronic newsletters.

Like many other national companies, the Callan Group is committed to personalized service handing all aspects of e-correspondence for the client. Business owners save time and money by outsourcing different aspects of their business...e-newsletters need to be handled in the same way. Other national e-newsletter companies offer small fees, however you have to do everything yourself from uploading email addresses to providing high res graphics to guessing the sizes of tables to maintaining opt out options. Michael Doran, President of Business Development Michael received his BA in Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2001. He has over seven years experience in business management and corporate sales and marketing. Michael has focused his business development primarily on business to business relationships. He has his Series 7, Series 66, Series 31 and Series 2-15 which have given him great experience working in investments, banking and financial services. He spent four years in the Marine Corps. He was deployed to Guam for Operation Pacific Haven at the end of the first Gulf War. He proudly received an E5 – Sergeant rank within his four year service accompanied by two Certificates of Commendation for exemplary performance.

Diane Michael, Communications Director Diane got her start in non-profit management more than ten years ago, and overall, with the support of volunteers, raised over one million dollars for different charities around the world. In 2006 she created Buy Me Love Benefits, an event production company that focuses on bachelor/ette auctions that raise money for charities globally. She currently has event coordinators in California, Virginia and Florida. After moving to Daytona Beach, Florida in 2008 to be close to her father after he underwent a sextuplet by-pass surgery, Diane created the Callan Group, naming it after her deceased mother’s maiden name. She also spent time as a reservist in the United States Army for eight years and was deployed in 2003 overseas during Operation Enduring Freedom.

Mandy Pirie , Communications Director Mandy grew up in the small fishing village of Cedar Key on the West Coast of Florida. She moved to Gainesville, FL in 2001 to attend Santa Fe College and started a career in child development. She quickly learned she loved it and brings over 8 years experience in management, customer service and program development to the ranks of The Callan Group Email Newsletters. Mandy’s interest in women’s health and childcare made her obtain her Children’s Development Associate Degree and a Doula certification in 2006. Fundraising is also a huge part of Mandy’s background and experience raising over $150,000 for the Alachua County School Board. Mandy has been hired as of January 4, 2010 for The Callan Group as a Communications Director. She will handle client development and administrative responsibilities.
