With email
newsletter being the new word of mouth it is important to educate
yourself on the many ways the many ways you and your customers
will receive emails. Below are a few examples of how people
may receive emails. NEVER FEAR! The great thing about The Callan
Group being a local service is that we handle the maintenance
of your entire account.
If you or your customers say that cannot
read the e-newsletter just send them to us and we will contact
them within 24 hours to resolve their issue. Our system is
designed to send all emails out in high graphic content in
its entire format (exactly what we will see on a browser).
If our system picks up that there will be any viewing issues,
a link will be sent to the recipient which will direct them
to the live page that is created for each e-newsletter. Sometimes
the issues below cause people to not view their emails properly.
Remember, all emails that have issues may be forwarded to us – you
don’t have to worry about anything after that!
